We may receive your name, WhatsApp phone number, messages, photographs, PDF files and business documents such as purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, quotations, product specifications, inventory and cost information.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details or government identification numbers unless specifically required and authorized. |

- Respond to WhatsApp messages and instructions
- Read, classify and summarize text, images and PDF documents
- Identify document types, buyers, sellers and transaction details
- Organize and archive business records
- Detect duplicate messages and workflow errors
- Maintain and protect our business records

- Meta / WhatsApp, for message and media delivery
- n8n, for workflow routing
- Google Gemini, for text, image and PDF analysis
- Google Drive, for secure document storage
These providers process information as needed to provide the configured service and under their applicable terms and policies. |
| Google Drive Storage |
| Documents and analysis results may be stored in a restricted Google Drive folder controlled by Greenpack. Access is limited to authorized users and systems. The files are not made public unless Greenpack authorizes this. |

| We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, record keeping, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. |
| Security |
| We use authenticated connections, access controls and restricted storage permissions to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. |
